👨‍🍳 Your Role:

• Prepare traditional Vietnamese dishes (pho, bun, com tam, banh xeo, etc.) with authenticity and consistency.

• Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain high food quality and presentation.

• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards at all times.

• Participate in menu development using knowledge of regional Vietnamese cuisines.

✅ Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience cooking authentic Vietnamese food in a professional kitchen.

• Deep understanding of Vietnamese cooking techniques and ingredients.

• Passionate about Vietnamese culinary heritage and modern presentation.

• Team player with a positive and proactive attitude.

• Able to work legally in the UK (visa support can be discussed for exceptional candidates).
